Led a team of peers in development of strategic marketing plan for a local startup called CrewEffect. Conducted qualitative and quantitative research on team building trends in business. Presented plan to client for their market launch with recommended strategy consisting of: positioning statement, target segment, SWOT/ 6 C's analysis and TAM/SAM/SOM pricing breakdown. Founder agreed with full assessment and started implementing suggestions immediately.
